ESTABLISHING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS IS CRITICAL

I first met Hal when I was looking for a job. He asked the right questions, and helped me figure out what I wanted. In the past fifteen years I have worked with Hal as a client, he has continued to ask the right questions, and I've developed a great deal of trust in his judgment. It is hard for a lot of companies to justify the need for a pure project manager, someone strictly to act as a coordinator. I saw the need for one here, and Hal helped me focus in on the essentials of what we were looking for. I needed someone with experience as a team leader, someone who was not easily discouraged, and someone who could be positive in the face of negative circumstances. I was looking for intangibles. With these intangibles in hand, Hal was immediately able to find two candidates for me to look at. He did not waste my time with people that wouldn't be a perfect fit for our company. The person we hired through Hal has really added value to our company, and I couldn't be more pleased with her work.
