I believe that quality assurance is the key to success in our industry. There is great possibility here to make quality assurance a priority in every area of our company. This team I have built here, is the best I've worked with. I love my job. I am as impressed with the service Roy Talman & Associates, and Lance in particular, have provided for me, both as a former candidate and current client. My job history was mostly based in Italy, where I did everything from building PC's as a teenager to extensive experience programming (…I still code, but now just as a hobby). The recruiters at Roy Talman & Associates helped me translate all that talent to improve my current resume. They also told me enough about the company that I was going to interview at that I felt very comfortable during my interview. Talman & Associates offered me a number of different job possibilities. One was a large multinational where I had job security, but where the methodology was already entrenched, and the joy of creating something new would not be part of my responsibilities. The other was a startup that needed a quality assurance department and someone to build it. That was the challenge I was looking for. From the beginning Lance knew what was needed from someone to build a quality assurance team, and he saw my job history as a real asset to the startup, his client. As soon as I got the job I called Lance to help me build my team. Most of my senior test engineers where placed through Lance and Roy Talman & Associates. Lance was able to find people that were self-starters, engineers we don't need to babysit. Lance understood the importance of integrating the personality I wanted for this team with a strong technical background as well. I am very proud of the team I have now, and I rely on Lance to help me build the team even stronger. He is the most technical headhunter I've met and worked with. I find that I don't have to explain a whole lot to him for him to understand exactly what I need. He just knows. I am very happy with all the work Lance and Roy Talman & Associates do for me.
